1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KLWIN VIP. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and KLWIN VIP ("Platform", "We", or "Company"). 2 Platform Eligibility

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Only

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at KLWIN VIP at all times. Attempting to register more than one account — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, IP address, or payment method — is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. KLWIN VIP reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated winnings or balances.

3.2 Account Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete and up to date. This includes your full name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Password Security

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

KLWIN VIP offers a range of popular and secure deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account promptly.

5 Withdrawals

• Your account is not currently under investigation for any suspicious activity.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

KLWIN VIP offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. The following general terms apply to all KLWIN VIP bonuses and promotions:

6.1 Rollover Requirements

• All bonuses received are subject to rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

7.1 Bet Validity

• All bets are considered final once confirmed by the KLWIN VIP system.
• KLWIN VIP reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect event information, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the outcome.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or ended before the designated bet time may be voided.

7.2 Winning Limits

• The maximum winnings limit per single bet is RM200,000.
• The maximum daily winnings limit across all combined bets is RM500,000.
• KLWIN VIP reserves the right to pay out winnings exceeding this limit in instalments.

7.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KLWIN VIP platform and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to manipulate the betting system.
• Exploiting bugs or system errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through the betting platform.
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your KLWIN VIP account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any eligible balance will be returned to you in accordance with our standard withdrawal process.

10.2 Termination by KLWIN VIP

KLWIN VIP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

11 Liability Limits & Disclaimer
